Karwa Chauth Puja and Aarti Methods

Karwa Chauth is a Hindu festival celebrated by married women for the long life and well-being of their husbands. The festival falls on the fourth day after the full moon in the Hindu month of Kartik. On this day, women observe a day-long fast and break it only after sighting the moon and performing the Karwa Chauth Puja and Aarti. Here are the steps to perform the Puja and Aarti:

  4. Light the diya and place it on the thali.
  5. Take some rice in your hand and offer it to the Karwa while reciting the Karwa Chauth mantra.
